Located on the UW-Madison campus and in the heart of the bustling downtown and cultural center of Madison, WI, the Fluno Center is a full-service event destination and conference center with well-appointed guest rooms. With our variety of meeting rooms, event spaces, and guest rooms, we offer a total-immersion learning environment for individuals, professional groups, and corporate teams.
The Fluno Center has 100 well-appointed guest rooms providing program participants, UW-Madison alumni, UW Foundation donors, parents of past, current, and future students, corporate partners, and UW-sponsored guests with convenient and comfortable overnight accommodations.
Program participants, UW-Madison alumni, UW Foundation donors, parents of past, current, and future students, corporate partners, and UW-sponsored guests can rent space at the Fluno Center.
Lot 46 next to the Fluno Center and 83 below the Fluno Center, are owned and operated by UW Transportation Services and they are available for parking for guests/meeting attendees on a first come, first serve basis.

The Fluno Center offers both complimentary wireless and ethernet cable internet access. The wireless network is called “Fluno” and there is no password required to connect to our network. To use the ethernet connection, plug your ethernet cable (located in the desk drawer) into the empty wall jack above the desk labeled “Ethernet.”
Save your documents on a USB flash drive and bring the drive to the Front Desk (open 24 hours). Or, you can email your document to concierge@fluno.com for printing. The first 10 pages are complimentary. After that, copies are $0.15 for black and white and $0.75 for color, per page.
An extra blanket and foam pillow are available on the top shelf of your guest room closet.
The Fitness Center is available from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm and is located on the first floor. A variety of equipment is available including a compact trainer, free weights, yoga mats, elliptical trainer, treadmills, a Stairmaster and a stationary bicycle. Towels are located in the Fitness Center, as well as daily newspapers and periodicals.
Yes. We have luggage carts and/or bellmen upon request. Please dial “0” to arrange for luggage service. Additionally, we have a secure bell closet located behind the Front Desk for storage of guest luggage on the day of departure.
Yes. The Business Center is located on the 2nd floor near the break area. It is open throughout the day and can be accessed 24 hours a day with your room key.
Beverage and Snack vending machines are located on floors four through seven next to the ice machines on the east side of the building alternating by floor – Snacks are on floors five and seven while Beverages are on floors four and six.
